Over 25 years’ experience of advice and planning concerning:
- Federal income taxation and California state taxation;
- Formation and qualification of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations; and
- Estate planning and Charitable planning including split-interest trusts.
Practiced taxation law in San Diego since 1997, including at Branton & Wilson, Cowley & Chidester, and Luce Forward. Practiced in the Tax Department of Bank of America in San Francisco, 1990-97.

Margaret K. Wexler
Margaret Wexler is an attorney with substantial experience in civil litigation. She received a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and B.A. in English from Florida Atlantic University. Margaret speaks Russian, Hebrew, and French. Margaret is currently on inactive status.
